Pros
- Surrounded by mediocrity in the product and technical orgs, which makes anyone reasonably competent shine like a superstar - Products are easy and familiar to understand - Design is often good - Some well meaning people
Cons
- Highly incompetent IT organization incapable of supporting anything beyond a standard issue 3 year old Microsoft Windows laptop - Product org is mismanaged - "Diversity" only applies to white swedish women. Anyone else is irrelevant. - Maybe the most boring marketing anyone has ever seen.
