Worst Company to Work - Software Developer Elementary Logics Employee Review

Pros

This is the worst company I have worked with. At the beginning of the contact, they are really nice but as you continue working with them, they manipulate you to work late evening and during Weekends. You can only give a notice to them before the end of the contract - in one year time - this a total manipulation of young talent.

Cons

On completion of the contract with them and provide them notice to leave - they will not provide you even with an experience letter. People operating this company have quite a lower mentality and they will show it when you leave them.

Pros

Focused & Specialized Services Companies with "Logics" in their name usually emphasize problem-solving, software engineering, and logical solutions. Good for clients needing custom software development, automation, or IT consulting. Agility & Flexibility Likely smaller or mid-sized, so faster decision-making, less bureaucracy, and quicker client response times. Close Client Collaboration Can provide more personalized attention to clients compared to large corporations. Innovation-Friendly Easier to adopt new technologies (AI, cloud, automation, testing tools) because of smaller team structures. Good for Employees (Sometimes) Employees may get exposure to multiple roles (development, QA, DevOps, support), building versatile skills.

Cons

Scale Limitations May not have the resources, manpower, or infrastructure of bigger players. Can struggle with very large or enterprise-level projects. Market Competition Competes with thousands of other software houses offering similar services. Hard to differentiate without niche expertise. Employee Challenges May face workload pressure, long hours, or lack of structured processes (common in small-to-mid software houses). Limited career growth paths compared to global IT firms. Financial Stability Smaller companies may face cash-flow issues, late payments from clients, or dependency on a few major contracts. Brand Recognition Lesser-known compared to giants (Microsoft, Oracle, TCS, Systems Ltd, etc.), which can affect client trust and big project acquisition.
