Worst Company to Work

Pros

This is the worst company I have worked with. At the beginning of the contact, they are really nice but as you continue working with them, they manipulate you to work late evening and during Weekends. You can only give a notice to them before the end of the contract - in one year time - this a total manipulation of young talent.

Cons

On completion of the contract with them and provide them notice to leave - they will not provide you even with an experience letter. People operating this company have quite a lower mentality and they will show it when you leave them.

Pros

Only the 1 and only salary on time as compare to same like it offices.

Cons

List 1. A toxic environment and behavior, especially from the non-technical admin manager, who appears to be all-in-one in front of employees, but behind the scenes, is influenced by the owner's mindset to enforce such an environment on the employees. 2.There is zero respect for employees; they are treated like animals, with no appreciation, no recognition for hard work, no bonuses, and no regard for their well-being. Even in difficult family situations, leave requests are not approved. In the eyes of management, employees are just machines for making money, and yet they still don’t respect them, except for just 2-3 who are their favorites. 3. Favoritism and nepotism 4. Work environment like in factory 5. No market competitive technology work , 1000 years ago deployment ways by drag and drop files on shared hosting 6. Totally waist of time because when you left , the clean face would be on front , don't allow to go for interview 7. How much you spent time with them they treat badly when you go. 8. If you go on extra leave with gazetted all leaves would be unpaid , salary and much specially your's quota leaves also deducted amazing.

Pros

No Benefits for the future career

Cons

I am compelled to share my recent experience with Elementary Logics as a means of informing others and promoting transparency. Unfortunately, my encounter with this company left much to be desired, and I believe it is important to shed light on the challenges I faced. During my time at Elementary Logics, I found the management, including the HR department, to be unhelpful and lacking professionalism. Employees were not treated with the respect they deserve and were often subjected to unfavorable conditions reminiscent of factory laborers. One concerning aspect was the misrepresentation of employee numbers during the hiring process. Despite claims of an 80+ employee workforce, the reality was far from that, with only 8 to 9 employees. This discrepancy raises questions about the company's integrity and transparency in their operations. Moreover, the employment contracts provided by Elementary Logics were flawed. They allowed for termination with just one day's notice, compromising job security and stability for employees. Additionally, the requirement to apply for short leave for even minor lateness during the month of Ramadan showed a lack of understanding and respect for religious observances. Another disheartening practice was the breach of employee privacy. Elementary Logics covertly monitored employee chats and maintained constant surveillance, creating an atmosphere of mistrust and invading personal privacy. I share this review in the hope that others exercise caution when considering engagement with Elementary Logics. It is crucial to prioritize companies that uphold ethical practices, treat employees with respect, and foster a supportive work environment.
