      It’s a job so I suppose that’s a positive

      Cons

      -long hours, expect 60 hr weeks. Eleven abuses the salary concept. -company culture is absolutely toxic -unrealistic goals. -terrible local reputation so you’re always defending you’re employer

      Eleven is a super laid back summer internship and everyone is super nice, and you still get in office experience and learn a lot

      Cons

      Some of the internal systems are pretty poorly organized but they are getting better.
