Awful middle management, Untrustworthy managers, the resembalance is like a cult in the work place. Either you are inside the cult and everyone likes you. Or you are outside the cult where the management dislikes you. Too much monitoring of personel via security cameras. Bad work hours. A lot of high pressure. Managers threathen you if you perfom badly. Needs a lot of improvements to become a workplace where many of the employees actually thrive
