Pros

Working with talented linguists from all over the world is a major highlight. . I’ve learned so much about localization workflows and how to manage complex client expectations across different time zones.

Cons

The "rush" nature of translation requests can make the workload unpredictable. Communication between the sales team and the production team could be more streamlined to avoid over-promising.

Pros

1. Remote working environment 2. Multicultural teams

Cons

1. They tend to hire Indonesian to save the budget as our pay rate is just pennies compare to theirs. This is sad because no matter how loyal and dedicated we are, the pay is way below their pay. 2. They don’t accept when staff raising the concern about they pay. Seems like they only want staff that sit and smile at whatever number they give. 3. They can change bonus scheme in one night even though you have signed it in the beginning of financial year. 4. Once they heard you raising concern, you can get fired easily. Or force you to quit. 5. You can double or multiple your role but your pay is still a single. 6. The supervisor can’t do anything to keep or protect their members. 7. The workload is HIGH. Even you still find yourself looking for a talent at 9pm. 8. There was no bonus for big holiday like EID, and for their holiday like CNY they give small amount around 800K. But they’ve now outsourced Indonesian staff with their partner and since it’s now under ID law, they will giving a holiday bonus for EID. 9. Although Indonesian staff were outsourced and use ID law, it wont follow Indonesian public holiday instead Singapore’a PH. 10. It’s personal, but sometimes I felt they think superior than any Indonesian staff just because we are Indonesian.

Pros

I was hired as a freelance copywriter to provide on-site services during a high-level summit. Despite it being a one-time project, the team was incredibly supportive and professional. They provided detailed guidelines and feedback to ensure the client's requirements were met. I had several online meetings with the manager and project team, all of whom were friendly and positive. I was pleased to see the client appreciate the successful event in the end.

Cons

The only cons is that the project is only a one-time endeavor. Wishing your company continued success and prosperity.
