Great company culture, but recent ownership change concerns - Performance Marketing Manager Elixus Employee Review

Most employees are young and hence more open towards new ideas and dare to be different & creative. Compare to other agencies in the industry, the company doesn't have any major politics issues & overall working culture is very healthy. An agency that would definitely have much potential to grow & really suitable for newjoiners on this industry as a starter platform.

Lack of some basic employee benefits but it was able to compensated in another way. Overall non-performance centric employees (even senior employees) are not really well-equipped with basic knowledge on marketing & branding which often create mismatch of expectation between the performance & clients' objective. Meanwhile the lack of resources in the company also rendered the continuous growth of employees & might not be suitable for people who expected to have huge advancement in career.

Though this is a fairly new agency, we do things professionally and with efficiency. In terms of the design team's perspective, we might work in a fast-paced environment, that doesn't mean we compromise on the creative side. Where everything is moving so quick in these times, you would want to impact people fast with your design knowledge and skills. Then this will be a good place for you to explore, grow, and challenge yourself. (Don't worry, deadlines given has a reasonable amount of time) We also practice a healthy company culture here to make sure everyone is heard. If you have an idea, voice it out, people here are constantly opening up to better ideas to improve ourselves.

Lack of employee benefits at the moment as the company is still growing. Doubt it will take long for this to be improved as we are growing at such a speed.
