A great team. Unfortunately, one that doesn't last long. The potential to work for fulfilling projects.
Cons
- Projects are closed on a very tight budget, impossible deadline and unfavourable conditions for the team, which causes for extra hours of work, late deliveries and a frustrated team and client, due to unreachable expectations. - Employees are unappreciated, as there is a tendency by direction to micromanage, question every task and blame for undesired results, ignoring the difficult restrictions the projects are developed under, even when the team has warned about these potential issues prior to them happening. - Aggressive and discriminatory language from management when upset. Unprofessionalism (calls and requests outside of working hours and even working days). - Several complaints from freelances who were not paid after delivering their work.
