No real Management- sometimes remotely managed by a "mom and pop" who do not understand daily struggles in an office and are NOT up to date on new procedures, advanced techniques or computer savvy.
Widespread favoritism, makes an very uncomfortable work space.
Monitoring of all emails, documents, and private lives. Invasive.
Rules, rules and more rules, some of which are ridiculous, archaic and controlling for no reason- more rules than any real business I have worked for,
Very uneasy working environment- one office is nice, but the second office, a call center is has inadequate air systems and is falling apart. Needs an OSHA visit asap.
Snarky gossip, unprofessional and law breaking HR, and terrible Sales and Customer Service.
Those who have been with the company for over a year are grossly overworked, underpaid and have terrible attitudes- likely due to the negative environment and over scheduling of projects.
No upward mobility- if you work in the call center you will not be eligible to work in the "other" office.
High turnover rate- those who are smart get out fast.
