Great causes and good work - Sales Associate Ellis Crow Solutions Employee Review

This is easy work, the people leaving negative reviews either didn't give it a good effort or never brought their issues to management to work on. I've been training salespeople here for over 6 years after spending a year as a salesperson. Owner has standards they want you to meet, they're involved, they buy leads all the time, and pay above average so not really sure what the issues others are having are.

Well dealing with the public like this is an adventure all its own, that's probably the most difficult thing to get used to.
