Too much politics in higher management BA/BDE was not aware about how to handle project as they provide large amount of timeline to client for minimal tasks HR always hire 1 freshers instead experience employees Freshers has to work for 12 hours after joining firm and get 0 RS Stipend All people doing false promises when its time to decision i.e Magento and Wordpress dept
