      Recently started with trepidation based on previous reviews but I understand that management has changed recently. Doing lots of group activities, regular updates from management, team is supportive, good products

      Office location and layout (heard they are changing this though)

      Pros

      Eltek (not Delta) has a great sales team that actively work together to cover accounts, very team oriented!

      Cons

      Delta is integrating into Eltek and the new processes are slowing production down.
