Complete WFH Very Laid Back Environment Work is not demanding

No company wide meetings No review cycles... (Yes you read that right, your comp will be stagnant) No HR (Just a general counsel) You'll have no idea whats actually going on at the company because there are no team meetings and also no one uses the general slack to keep people posted on what's happening. There are several people here that work only like an hour a day and its very obvious. CEO is almost too laid back about this. If I were him, I'd stop WFH and have everyone come into the office. Lots of VPs at this company are not meant to be at a startup as they can't roll up their sleeves to do any work so this creates lots of inefficiencies for projects and timelines. Only a handful of people truly care about getting things done at this company.
