      Zero cost health insurance, amazing clinic staff

      The senior leaders running the organization have their hearts in the right place, but there were very few that were competent at leading teams and running a business. There were numerous ethics violations across administration and operations, and compliance gaps in risk management and HR best practices.

      Pto, Management, Pay is far and coworkers are the best including the vets and manager!! Always willing to teach and learn from someone. Great place if you want to enter the field and great support system 🙏🏼

      Long hours, High volume spay/neuter can be exausting many hours standing, lifting and carrying heavy animals
