EMAPTA has genuine concern when it comes to the development of their employees' skills and consistently find ways on improving them. They provide an environment wherein you will continuously be challenged and at the same time, they provide the resources so that you can hone your skills through the help of the community.
Cons
Emapta is growing at a very fast pace, and sometimes the policies change and we need to adjust. But we know that it's for the best interest of their employees, and even with those changes, we still feel at home with the company.
