Pros
The people are lovely and just so friendly and helpful! I've only been here for roughly two weeks but I feel so welcomed and everyone is so willing and hands on when it comes to offering me help or answering any questions I might have. My bosses and the CEO himself are so down to earth and approachable . The management/leaders of this company seem to share a vision that involves growth of both the business as well as their people which I really appreciate. Their services for OD/Training and level of engagement with employees is great too. Also, I just want to give my kudos to their recruitment team. The whole process was efficient, seamless, and well-handled. The recruitment team was very courteous and approachable throughout the whole thing.
