      -Work/Life Balance -Good work environment (SFS is the Best!) -Staff's are accommodating especially, *HR's *Admin *Support Team* -Very Good platform to start if you are a fresh graduate in IT Industry. -A high rate of absorption to Interns. -They value your effort.

      Cons

      -So far so good atm, for me EMAPTA need's consistency especially on the SUPPORT TEAM. Continue being approachable, kind, while having a harmonious relationship to everyone in the company.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
