Here are the main points why I pursued a career at Emapta: *They provide great support to their employees be it physically, mentally, or career-wise. They are a proactive company that make things happen. *They operate in a people-centered environment. *Last but not the least, they value the time and expertise of their employees. Not only they acknowledge their employee's good work, they provide a very reasonable sum of compensation and several benefits as well.
Cons
Given that they're already a well-established company with a good reputation and experience, no doubt many will aspire to be part of their organization. I would say their layers of screening can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you do not have immediate access to those requirements.
