It is with deep disappointment and frustration that I report the unjust termination of more than 20 individuals from our company. These terminations were carried out abruptly, without any prior notice or consideration for the well-being of the affected employees. What is even more disheartening is the fact that no severance package was provided, leaving us to cope with the financial burden and uncertainty that accompanies such sudden job loss. These colleagues, including myself, had consistently demonstrated dedication and commitment to the success of the company. We went above and beyond our assigned duties, investing significant time and effort in marketing campaigns and company events, all with the vision of propelling the company to greater heights. Regrettably, it is evident that our efforts were not appreciated or acknowledged by the company's management. The ramifications of these dismissals extend beyond the professional realm, impacting us mentally and financially. The lack of notice and severance package has left us in a vulnerable position, struggling to manage our immediate expenses and plan for the future.
