Chaotic Leadership and without process dissemination - Anonymous employee Emapta Versatile Services Employee Review

Leadership is pathetic. The management assumes everyone from top to bottom knows whatever "policy" they have implemented, and then some "new" policies implemented by our Team Leads that change almost every time. Our manager is condescending, sarcastic, she won't speak awful words and profanity but you know her words are loaded. She never partakes in whatever her team does and just orders around. She has favoritism and we know it. There has been layoffs to some of their sites and one of them was my friend. I am disappointed in this place. I couldn't switch to new jobs because none offers similar to what they have, but I guess thats the trade off. They mentally degrade you and offer you good so you have little options to resign. Good retention plan. But management is just a trash.
