-Laying off employees -Doesnt help laid off employees to find a new suitable position/roles for them, if you're no use they'll just throw you away. My client is INNOVO in Australia, same thoughts with their client. Pls JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their clients are small time businesses/STARTUPS in Australia, so expect a lot of termination due to redundancy coz their clients doesnt have enough budget to maintain the resource they got from emapta -just all about business does not care about their employees -mid benefits -unfair treatment to employees -cheap company. No outlook account for outsourced to client resources. All payslips are sent to personal gmail lol
