Pros
Very respectful and easygoing environment. The benefits are very good for Brazilian standards and the company really cares about the employee's well being. Recently it became possible to work from home three times a week.
Cons
Salary is not competitive when it comes to international standards for the same industry. Also, engineers are usually required to travel too much to visit suppliers in US and Europe.
