Pros
Emphasizes a little bit of flexibility to most employees. Health insurance for individual employee, and employee and children is very reasonable and cheap once you add spouse you might as well just turn over your whole check.
Cons
All their locations are unorganized, poor management in each facility. When getting hired employees are promised a raise in three months, there's people that have been there years and no evaluation done, no raises. Management does not care about their staff especially overhead management. When a problem is reported management does not listen to their employees, HR is non existent. Employees are always complaining about low pay, no direction, no opportunities for advancement, no matching 401k, very high turn around in all departments. There is a major miscommunication issue between ALL employees and departments that result in confusion in all areas and directions. There is no consistency whatsoever and the partners are NEVER content with the staff and have a need to change policies from one day to another not letting the employees know of changes and staff. They are quick to remove someone from a position to another causing hiccups in all departments. They DO NOT appreciate their employees causing low morale within all hospitals. Research all physicians history before anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is ambitious and looking to advance their career you will be stuck in this place.
