      This is a 5 word minimum but there’s nothing good about them

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, managers can’t tell the truth, the installers don’t communicate constant problems on the job and don’t tell you then you end up paying for it. Management makes decisions to discount jobs by taking out of commission checks without asking reps. Leads are terrible. Work life balance is great cause you don’t get leads for days at a time .

      Pros

      There are a handful of decent people on the national and executive leadership teams. However, they’re so handcuffed by ridiculous company policies so they’re just puppets.

      Cons

      This company does not care about their employees at all! Pay is a joke and they expect salaried employees to be available 24/7!
