Cons
Pay is terrible, managers can’t tell the truth, the installers don’t communicate constant problems on the job and don’t tell you then you end up paying for it. Management makes decisions to discount jobs by taking out of commission checks without asking reps. Leads are terrible. Work life balance is great cause you don’t get leads for days at a time .
