      cardano Commerical arm. Crypto is cool

      Cons

      Awful management. CEO makes eery decision, right down to what toilet paper to buy. He lucked out in Crypto, but can't run a company. They had an American CMO for a couple of years, who turned around the messaging, but the COO and CEO wouldn't listen. work anywhere else. 75 hours/week work

      Pros

      Learned a lot. Got several other opportunities, and referrals, as a result. People there are 100% dedicated to their work and the vision of Cardano.

      Cons

      Tremendous amount of time required due to the complexity of the project. Not the best place if you aren't a self-learner. People don't have the time to hold you hand.
