      I don't seen anything .

      Cons

      very bad working culture. They will ask for money at the time of leaving the company. HR department is useless , they don't reply for your queries at least. No on-time salary. Working on weekends.

      Pros

      when I joined I was able to give my opinions on product development. Being a software developer I was giving my inputs to the architecture team. There was no strict hierarchy.

      Cons

      at that time there was not a proper management.
