Pros

-Good Product -Good onboarding -Good learning opportunities for starters in tech sales

Cons

-Hire and forced to quit culture -No BDR stays more than 3 months (do your research on LinkedIn) -no work life balance -you might need to visit a psychiatrist -you’ll be constantly compared to others openly, humiliated over group calls/emails - you’ll start to question your worth as a human - Leaders don’t know how to lead -Efforts are recognised sometimes but the focus will be more on what you haven’t done right, and the right thing to do always changes -Worst experience of my life -You’ll not find peace of mind during weekends too -Nothing you do will ever be enough -BDRs are expected to work 18 hours a day like Account Executives (how is this even ethical ?) -BDRs are expected to magically have the expertise like an Account Executive just because they have given enough training. If you want someone that good, hire people like that and pay them more. Simple. -

Pros

Pay is decent when you start, but don’t expect it to go up because they’re very straightforward about the fact that they’re struggling financially so there won’t be any merit increases and virtually no promotions. Work from home and equipment stipend is nice

Cons

Revolving door of sales people. There’s a reason most people last less than a year. They either notice the red flags immediately and leave or inevitably get fired. No demand for the product. Poor leadership. All around a recipe for disaster. I genuinely believe it’s too late to fix and the company is on a fast trajectory towards crashing. Truly a company build on hopes, dreams, and AI slop.
