Too many: non-supportive management. Lack of direction on objectives and goals. Very siloed environment and lack of accountability. Some groups carry their weight and others clearly do not, so work-life balance is either great or absolutely terrible. Pay is clearly not close to the market rate for job skills and experience and it's very difficult to recruit talent the end results are less talented skilled people are hired, then less talented managers hire less talented and skilled people.
