Great company, very qualified team

No cons, everything is great

I have worked at four companies from pre-seed to Series G. Of them, two had exits. Encord is the best operated company of them all because the level of accountability leadership holds on its employees. Not only do they hire smart people, they create a winning culture that pushes each employee to be their best. Additionally, leadership is realistic. Yes, there are high expectations but decision-making is measured in reality. I think these reasons, a long with the fact that it is in a market (computer vision) poised to grow more, it a great place to grow in your career.

I don't see any cons. Like working at any start-up, the environment is fast-paced and you have to be willing to adapt. The good thing is, the team at Encord will be working hard by your side and will be there to support you when needed.
