Pros
Yes, the Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are great. Yes, the additional reimbursement program is great. And yes, the 401(k) matching is nice.
But the where the real fun lies is the ability to be working on many various fields of Electrical engineering!
I have been here 8 months, and have worked on hardware and software projects with two different teams. So, if you like to learn new things without having to constantly move around, this is the place for you!
Cons
remote location sometime make learning a new subject a little more challenging than walking over to a colleague ( but it's that or relocation!)
