      varied and interesting work from the comfort of your own home!

      Pros

      Yes, the Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are great. Yes, the additional reimbursement program is great. And yes, the 401(k) matching is nice. But the where the real fun lies is the ability to be working on many various fields of Electrical engineering! I have been here 8 months, and have worked on hardware and software projects with two different teams. So, if you like to learn new things without having to constantly move around, this is the place for you!

      Cons

      remote location sometime make learning a new subject a little more challenging than walking over to a colleague ( but it's that or relocation!)

      Pros

      I have been employed by Encore Semi for the past 3 years and have truly enjoyed it. It is a growing company with a lot of potential. The benefit package enhanced significantly this year, 401K match & additional PTO. The people I work with are knowledgeable, friendly & make coming to work fun. Plus they know how to throw company events!

      Cons

      The traffic around the San Diego office... Although working remotely has its benefits, it does cause there to be a disconnect between employees & the employer. It is a more difficult to build a relationship and synergy via email/phone calls

      Pros

      I have been working for Encore Semi since June 2017. Excellent team to work with great expertise and experience in semiconductor industry. A good place to start a sharp career in Design & Semiconductors. The projects allotted are really a great form of learning and one can really develop a good engineering talent along with a prosperous career.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don't think of any Cons.
