Good fun company to work with, terrible pay scheme - Anonymous employee Endless Events Employee Review

The team at Endless Events truly is like a family. I felt I could always be myself among the team and could count on others to help when needed. Communication from the leadership team was generally open, and there was excellent flexibility in the role. Benefits: -Remote position when not traveling -Health care is company provided

The salary for the position is not on par with other similar positions in the industry.

I'm not sure whether I'm considered PT or Freelance, either way this company is definitely moving in the right direction. The staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting/working with have been nothing but top notch. Very professional in what they do but also like to keep things light and fun. A key "cog" of the company wheel is that of autonomy--as much or as little as you would like. Also, everyone pretty much works remotely as there is no central office to go into every day. I don't see this with other event/production companies that I work with but this business model is something that seems to work well for Endless. Endless uses the versatility of the internet to really keep their employees in touch with each other whether it is using a program as SLACK to keep constant contact or using any number of video conferencing platforms. This could easily be a model that more upstarts should follow. All in all, my limited experience with Endless has been fantastic. I really look forward to continued success with them.

My only con is really a selfish one in that I just don't do enough with them.
