Flexible hours and nothing else is there

The employer is a fraud. He doesn't give a salary but makes the employer work for everything. He ran away without giving salary to the employer, The employer wanted a Software Engineer to work as an HR, content developer and tech development. Salary is very less. Unimaginable work load and requirements.
