      Great mission with great people who believed in what we were doing Very flexible working hours (perhaps too flexible) to meet employee needs (which some took advantage of)

      Limited market in Southeast Asia, limited consumer awareness of our product (spirulina) and limited resources as a startup

      Flexible hours and nothing else is there

      Cons

      The employer is a fraud. He doesn't give a salary but makes the employer work for everything. He ran away without giving salary to the employer, The employer wanted a Software Engineer to work as an HR, content developer and tech development. Salary is very less. Unimaginable work load and requirements.
