      Creative atmosphere, people are generally very nice, decent insurance/benefits package with stock options after a year

      Cons

      Cliques, day to day felt disorganized with no set SLAs, promotions are rare, no yearly COA/merit increases, no goal setting or review cycle, awful work/life balance
