Very Inclusive organization that continues to grow and make a positive impact on electrical safety for Victorians. Enjoyed working there and other working there did too.

As worked as a contractor did not see any cons

- Majority of the people here are awesome - The pay is on the higher end of the market - Big emphasis on a social working culture - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home arrangement - Office location and amnenities are good - Slower/cruisy workplace

- Little to no progression - No transparency between upper management and staff - LOTS of politics
