Pros

Flexibility - I dont think anything else.

Cons

hotel management - seemed passive, naïve (new to management) and pushover to guests so they can receive great scores hotel management - one of the managers was obsessed with cameras and would watch it on his ipad and had his wife there alot which is just weird in general. I mean these people were...ODD ownership - always in and out and cut ends on the building so there were a lot of issues and im not sure those issues were addressed no benefits

Pros

I have enjoyed my 5 plus years of employment with Engage Hospitality. All the team members have always treated me with respect and have encouraged a good work/life balance. I have been able to grow with the company and enjoy our successes as a team. The CEO has encouraged my growth and given me room to succeed.

Cons

Hospitality is a demanding industry and it is not for everyone. Engage has made navigating the industry easier for me.

All clients are based in California. National growth has not been acheived yet.
