hotel management - seemed passive, naïve (new to management) and pushover to guests so they can receive great scores
hotel management - one of the managers was obsessed with cameras and would watch it on his ipad and had his wife there alot which is just weird in general. I mean these people were...ODD
ownership - always in and out and cut ends on the building so there were a lot of issues and im not sure those issues were addressed
