Pros
My employment at Engage actually ended in 2016, but that option wasn't available in the drop down menu.
They were great for while I lasted! Great pay, great benefits, great end-of-year perks, great location, and a very comfortable job. I worked with them for just under two years. For a young bilingual person fresh out of school, and who has customer service experience, this is a great opportunity.
Cons
Lack of advancement opportunities, and I don't even know where they would post these opportunities, if available. After a while, you just feel stuck, doing the same repetitive work daily. I had the opportunity to work from home part-time, which eventually turned to full-time, but eventually you start to feel like you're being taken advantage of when you're not in the office. The phone kept ringing all day long and it just felt like no one was picking up the phone in the office. My communication also eventually broke down with the rest of my team, and that was unfortunate, because I never meant for it to be that way.
