      Pros

      Pay can be competitive. Close to restaurants and things to do downtown.

      Cons

      This company is very internally political and not at all interested in genuinely cultivating an atmosphere of creativity, positive interaction, or career growth. I would encourage friends to find companies with more interest in growing their people vs. their profits.

      Pros

      Great location and office space The atmosphere is enjoyable as well as people who work there Great client base

      Cons

      Media team is located in Columbus and has no real digital experience No creative digital experience No technical leadership - a lot of talented people who CAN learn if lead by the right person Teams are in silos - there is no cross dept learnings or teachings Most of the creative team are contractors New Hires are not trained for internal or client deliverables.
