Pros

Pay can be competitive. Close to restaurants and things to do downtown.

Cons

This company is very internally political and not at all interested in genuinely cultivating an atmosphere of creativity, positive interaction, or career growth. I would encourage friends to find companies with more interest in growing their people vs. their profits.

Awful High Management

Pros

The office space is beautiful. There are many young, nice, smart, creative people that are going out of their way to deliver good digital projects. Beer on Fridays and other office events.

Cons

Senior Management in the last 3 years are just doing politics. They care nothing about the people. They act like they are cool and laid back, when in reality they are laid back because they simply don't care about anything else than their job security in a company being sold.

Immature leadership.

Pros

Fun place to start a career. Meet lots of people. Learn about marketing practices from co-workers. Cool gear. "Hip" and trendy office space.

Cons

Constant panic mode. Company pays low. This works for younger employee's just starting out, but not for seasoned and skilled employees. Yearly/Inflation raises are only given to a few select employees. Senior management is immature, electing to impress employee's with Nerf guns, beer pong and liquor shots as opposed to paying comparable rates and offering strong benefits.
