      really none!!! stay away

      Cons

      bad products , zero innovation , grow by acquisitions only ..zero attention to employees or career growth. impossible commissions system and completely disconnected from reality - zero motivation as an individual contributor management is inexperienced and has no strategic vision or interest in making it a better company mostly unhappy customers

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, possibility to occasionally work remotely, flat organization makes it relatively easy to influence and contribute to business decisions.

      Cons

      Not strong on benefits or almost any sort of extra compensation. Lacks better processes and often feels amateurish.
