Good company - Senior Accountant Englert Employee Review

The company treats you more like family then an employee.

I would have loved the opportunity to grow further with the company.

Relaxed atmosphere for maintenance. Management allows us to work without being overbearing and micromanaging. No problems allowing OT to complete projects when operations aren't running.

Pay not competitive and benefits lackluster. Growth and educational opportunities are non existent. Company requires employment for 2 months before benefits and PTO are awarded. Vacation and sick time are bundled into one package. In order to qualify for a 401K one needs to be employed for a year and the match is abysmal.
