Salary was competitive, people are smart and hard-working. The office is comfortable, and working conditions/hours were mostly flexible. A small team, so I felt like I had a good impact.
Cons
While I have no real issues working with an outsourced team, when they're on a schedule that's about 12 hours different, it's hard to line up meetings, etc.
Some meetings got off-topic or ran too long due to tangents.
