Pros
There's some good exposure to different technologies and vendor equipment. The team was great. Lower level management was also great too, and very approachable and welcoming. I met some of my best people here and learned a lot.
Cons
There was a lot of drama, especially from day shift, between the different sections. The CEO also didn't exhibit appreciation or fair compensation to his employees. Monetary merit bonuses were talked about but were never ever seen. I was promoted to a shift lead position in the summer, and I was told that I wouldn't receive a raise till the following January or February. So I put in my two week notice after I was told that.
