Pretty good benefits. Excellent work / life balance. It's not a "family" its a community of professionals aligned with the same goal.

If you are used to micro-management style this will not work for you.

I'll be honest, the first thing that got me interested in EB was the pay. It is the most I've ever been paid as a non-college graduate. The longer I stay here however, the more I find to be interested in. The work is not difficult. The benefits are above and beyond what I need. My co-workers are competent and helpful. Every conversation I have with my boss(es) is focused on helping me succeed in my position. And when I do succeed? I am called out and thanked publicly for it. I feel like a person, and not just an asset that makes money for a faceless company. When I do well I know my co-workers will share in that success as I do theirs and it motivates me to do the best I can.

When I find a con I'll come back and edit this review, but I wouldn't wait up.
