Pros
- Competitive salary and bonus scheme. - Some really engaged and great people, especially at the senior manager and Head of levels. - An interesting and engaging industry to operate within - fast paced and lots to learn.
Cons
- Clueless leadership at the C-Suite level. Constant chopping and changing with limited communication and barely coherent direction. Chasing the increased share price out of pure panic. - Lots of change and restructures. Job security not great during my last few months there.
