Pros
Watching sports at work. Conversations with customers who have shared interest. Community feel to shops.
Cons
Terrible at looking after staff, leading to a high staff turnover. Anytime you ask for help they're so reluctant to give it, and when they do, they always want something in return. Big business mantra - they don't care about small staff, and policies are so rigid that they can't/won't help smaller shops when needed.
