Pros

Was an amazing place to work before the Hasbro acquisition, but it's lost it's way a little since. The people are the best part across all levels: eOne are great at hiring great people. Senior Management have a lot of time for people regardless of hierarcy, clearly making an effort to upkeep values of transparency and candour. Strong brands and IP make working in brand management enjoyable. Good flexible working policies, plus free Netflix or Amazon Prime as a nice additional perk.

Cons

Culture has suffered since Hasbro acquisition, no longer what it once was. Progression is difficult unless you are lucky and roles become available above you, or you move to a different team. Pay is not as good as it could be, especially considering the expectation to work extra hours to accommodate US meetings with Hasbro teams regularly. Ongoing restructures and uncertainty are making the high pressure already on employees even higher.
